تعلیق یک جلسه محرومیت هاشمینسب تا پایان فصل
کمیته استیناف فدراسیون فوتبال رأی خود را درباره محرومیت سیدمهدی هاشمینسب مربی تیم فوتبال استقلال اعلام کرد.
به گزارش خبرگزاری تسنیم و به نقل از سایت رسمی فدراسیون فوتبال، درباره استیناف باشگاه استقلال نسبت به آن قسمت از رأی کمیته انضباطی فدراسیون فوتبال که به موجب آن حکم بر محرومیت دو جلسهای سیدمهدی هاشمینسب مربی تیم فوتبال بزرگسالان باشگاه تجدیدنظرخواه از همراهی تیم و نیز پرداخت یک میلیارد ریال جریمه نقدی به جهت بدرفتاری نسبت به عوامل تیم ذوبآهن اصفهان با عنایت به مجموع محتویات پرونده و استدلالات مندرج در رأی صادره، ایراد و اعتراض مؤثری که خدشه بر دادنامه معترض عنه وارد نماید بهعمل نیامده، مستنداً به ماده ۱۰۶ مقررات انضباطی فدراسیون فوتبال ضمن رد اعتراض دادنامه صادره، عیناً تأیید و اعلام میگردد. ولیکن به لحاظ فقدان سابقه محکومیت، مستنداً به ماده ۱۰۷ مقررات مذکور قرار تعلیق اجرای حکم یک جلسه از محرومیت فوق تا پایان نیمفصل ۰۴-۱۴۰۳ صادر و اعلام میشود رأی صادره قطعی است.
