A/V Content Removal Requests
If the content is not hosted by Footballitarin, the most effective way of protecting your rights is to seek removal directly from the hosting provider responsible for the content. Removal from the host will typically result in the content being removed from Footballitarin and other search engines that may have indexed the material.
It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on Footballitarin.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notification containing the information detailed below.
DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements

Counter Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification.
Your counter notification must include the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.
Repeat Infringer Policy
