به گزارش خبرگزاری تسنیم، خاویر ماسچرانو چد روز پیش بود که بنا به دلایل شخصی از سمت سرمربیگری تیم فوتبال اینتر میامی استعفا کرد. این مربی آرژانتینی که در ماه نوامبر ۲۰۲۴ هدایت این تیم آمریکایی را برعهده گرفته بود، در ۶۷ دیداری که روی نیمکت این تیم بود، آمار ۳۷ برد، ۱۶ تساوی و ۱۴ شکست را از خود برجای گذاشت. ماسچرانو در حالی پس از یک سال و نیم حضور روی نیمکت اینتر میامی از سمت خود استعفا کرد که تا پایان سال ۲۰۲۷ تحتقررداد این باشگاه بود. او اینتر میامی را فصل گذشته به قهرمانی در کنفرانس شرق لیگ حرفهای فوتبال آمریکا (MLS) و قهرمانی MLS رساند.
حالا شبکه تلویزیونی «تیاِنتی اسپورتس» خبر میدهد که نام ژاوی هرناندس در بین گزینههای اصلی باشگاه اینتر میامی برای جانشینی خاویر ماسچرانو قرار دارد. ژاوی ۴۵ ساله که در پایان فصل ۲۴-۲۰۲۳ پس از دو سال و نیم حضور روی نیمکت کاتالانها از سمت سرمربیگری بارسلونا اخراج شد، از آن زمان تاکنون هدایت تیمی را برعهده نداشته است.
این مربی اسپانیایی که در دوران مربیگریاش در بارسلونا، این تیم را به یک قهرمانی در لالیگا و یک قهرمانی در سوپرجام اسپانیا رساند، پس از جداییاش از بارسا، مورد توجه باشگاههایی همچون اینتر، بایرلورکوزن، متچستریونایتد و الاهلی عربستان قرار داشته است.
