هافبک آلومینیوم اراک گفت: در حال حاضر فوتبال در اولویت قرار ندارد و ایران مهمترین مسئله برای مردم است.
منصور باقری در گفتوگو با خبرنگار ورزشی خبرگزاری تسنیم، در خصوص وضعیت مبهمی که در مورد برگزاری مسابقات لیگ برتر وجود دارد، گفت: نمیتوانم نظر روشنی در مورد این موضوع داشته باشم و همه ما تابع تصمیم فدراسیون فوتبال هستیم. دوری از تمرینات گروهی و زمان کم برای برگزاری مسابقات، دو چالش مهم در این زمینه هستند و از طرفی بازیکنان هم نگران خانوادههایشان هستند و طبیعتا تمرکز لازم را ندارند. با این حال ما منتظر هستیم تا ببینیم چه تصمیمی گرفته خواهد شد.
وی در ارتباط با اینکه دوری از فوتبال چقدر برای او سخت است، عنوان کرد: ما با فوتبال زندگی میکنیم و طبیعتا دوری از فوتبال خیلی سخت است ولی در حال حاضر فوتبال در اولویت قرار ندارد. در حال حاضر کشورمان ایران، مهمترین مسئله برای مردم است و امیدوارم دوباره آرامش در کشور را تجربه کنیم.
باقری در خصوص فصلی که پشت سر گذاشت، تصریح کرد: شرایط من در پیکان خوب بود و به صورت ثابت بازی میکردم ولی تغییر پست مداوم باعث شد تا نتوانم آنطور که خودم میخواهم بازی کنم. با رفتن به آلومینیوم اراک شرایطم بهتر شد چون با تفکرات مجتبی حسینی هماهنگ بودم و او هم از سبک بازی من آشنایی داشت.
