ملیپوشان فوتبال زنان ایران در «گلدکوست» ریکاوری کردند
نخستین جلسه تمرینی تیم ملی فوتبال زنان در محل برگزاری رقابتهای جام ملتهای آسیا با محوریت نرمدوی و فومرول برگزار شد.
به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر و به نقل از سایت رسمی فدراسیون فوتبال، تیم ملی فوتبال بانوان که روز گذشته تهران را به مقصد محل برگزاری رقابت های جام ملت های آسیا ترک کردند، بامداد امروز (پنجشنبه ۷ اسفند) وارد شهر گلدکوست شد.
شاگردان جعفری نخستین جلسه تمرینی خود را در محل اقامت برگزار کرد. این تمرین با محوریت ریکاوری و به مدت یک ساعت برگزار شد. ساعت ۹:۳۰ به وقت تهران و ساعت ۱۶ به وقت محلی، در زمین چمن محوطه هتل، ملیپوشان نرمدوی سبک و تمرینات فومرول را انجام دادند تا روند بازگشت بدن به شرایط مسابقه را آغاز کنند.
کادر فنی با توجه به مسافت طولانی سفر و تغییر شرایط آبوهوایی، برنامهای کنترلشده را در نظر گرفت تا بازیکنان بدون فشار اضافی، آماده ورود به فاز اصلی تمرینات پیش از مسابقه شوند.
جام ملت های فوتبال بانوان آسیا از ۱۰ در قالب ۳ گروه ۴ تیمی به میزبانی استرالیا در شهرهای سیدنی، گلد کوست و پرث آغاز می شود وتا اول فروردین ادامه خواهد داشت. تیم ملی فوتبال کشورمان در گروه A با تیم های استرالیا، کرهجنوبی و فیلیپین همگروه است و دیدارهایش در شهر گلدکوست برگزار می شود.

ساعت ها به وقت محلی است و هر سه دیدار هم در ورزشگاه گلدکوست برگزار می شود.
Manchester City reignited the Premier League title race with a 2-1 win over leaders Arsenal. Erling Haaland and Rayan Cherki scored for City as they cut the gap to three points with a game in hand. The match also featured a defining duel between Haaland and Gabriel, with Gabriel avoiding a red card.
In Germany, Bayern Munich sealed the Bundesliga title with a 4-2 win over Stuttgart. Bayern came from behind to clinch their 35th German championship with four games to spare. Harry Kane scored his 56th goal of the season and now has 32 goals in 27 Bundesliga appearances.
Juventus strengthened their position in Serie A with a 2-0 home win over Bologna. Jonathan David and Khephren Thuram scored as Juventus opened a five-point cushion in fourth place and moved within three points of Milan and Napoli, who are joint second. Luciano Spalletti said Juventus are on the right track and that the players care for each other and share the burden. Bologna coach Vincenzo Italiano said the season is basically over after the defeat and that his side had no time to prepare after the Europa League against Aston Villa.
Milan moved into second place with a 1-0 win at Verona. Adrien Rabiot scored the only goal as Milan stayed on track for a top-four finish. Max Allegri said Milan have to lock down a Champions League spot and that the club started a journey together and will continue. Milan director Igli Tare said Allegri has a very long contract and that the club is planning for the future together.
