اعتراض تراکتور به رأی کمیته انضباطی/ تهدید به پیگیری در CAS
باشگاه تراکتور به رأی کمیته انضباطی فدراسیون فوتبال مبنی بر ۳ بر صفر شدن بازی این تیم با شمس آذر اعتراض کرد.
به گزارش خبرگزاری تسنیم، رسانه رسمی باشگاه تراکتور در این مورد نوشت: «در پی رأی صادره کمیته انضباطی فدراسیون فوتبال درباره دیدار جام حذفی تراکتور مقابل شمس آذر قزوین که بر اساس آن تیم تبریزی بازنده اعلام شده است، باشگاه تراکتور اعتراض رسمی خود را بلافاصله به کمیته استیناف ارائه کرده و در صورت لزوم، موضوع را از طریق دادگاه عالی ورزش (CAS) پیگیری خواهد کرد.
حکم مذکور به باشگاه ابلاغ شده و این در حالی است که دفاعیات باشگاه، مکاتبات و مستندات ارائهشده از جمله نامهها و پیگیریهای انجامشده مراجع خارج از فدراسیون در رأی صادره موردتوجه و لحاظ کافی قرار نگرفته است.
باشگاه تراکتور ضمن اعلام اعتراض رسمی به این تصمیم، لایحه دفاعیه و کلیه مستندات مرتبط را فوراً جهت رسیدگی مجدد و اتخاذ تصمیم مقتضی، به کمیته استیناف ارسال کرده است.
همزمان، با فرض عدم حصول نتیجه عادلانه در فرآیند رسیدگی داخلی فدراسیون، باشگاه در حال تکمیل و آمادهسازی پرونده و مستندات لازم برای طرح شکایت در دادگاه عالی ورزش (CAS) است تا در صورت تأیید رأی در مرحله استیناف، از حقوق قانونی باشگاه و هواداران در مراجع بینالمللی صیانت کند.
مستندات باشگاه تراکتور بهصورت کامل، شفاف و مستدل نشان میدهد که دیدار مذکور میبایست مجدداً برگزار شود؛ چرا که عدم برگزاری مسابقه ناشی از مقتضیات زمانی و شرایط اضطراری و «فورسماژور» بوده است. باشگاه تراکتور با جدیت و تا حصول نتیجه و احقاق حق قانونی، این پرونده را از مسیرهای قانونی داخلی و بینالمللی پیگیری خواهد کرد».

In Serie A, Lecce and Fiorentina drew 1-1. Tiago Gabriel’s equalizer kept hope alive for Lecce, while Fiorentina stayed eight points clear of the relegation zone with five rounds left. Fiorentina also suffered an injury concern when Robin Gosens went off after 11 minutes with a muscular problem.
