مدیر تیم فوتبال جوانان: اردوهای مستمر و منظم را ادامه میدهیم
با پایان نخستین دور تمرینات تیم فوتبال جوانان، سرپرست این تیم از روند برگزاری اردو و شرایط بازیکنان ابراز رضایت کرد.
به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر و به نقل از سایت فدراسیون فوتبال، اجلال نصیری با اشاره به برگزاری موفق اردوی نخست اظهار داشت: خدارا شاکریم که نخستین اردوی آمادگی تیم فوتبال جوانان با قدرت، صلابت و در سلامت کامل بازیکنان برگزار شد. خوشبختانه مرحله بسیار مهمی را پشت سر گذاشتیم؛ مرحلهای که با توجه به انتخاب بازیکنان از بین هزاران نفر، از حساسیت و اهمیت بالایی برخوردار بود.
وی افزود: بدون تردید حسین عبدی و همکارانشان در کادرفنی توانستهاند در این اردو به شناخت نسبی و قابل قبولی از بازیکنان دست پیدا کنند. این شناخت میتواند پایهگذار تصمیمات مهم و آیندهساز برای تیم جوانان باشد.
مدیر تیم جوانان تاکید کرد: با اشاره به حمایتهای فدراسیون فوتبال تصریح کرد: حمایتهای فدراسیون در مسیر انتخاب و شکلگیری یک نسل طلایی جدید برای کمک به فوتبال کشور و کسب عناوین قهرمانی در رویدادهای بینالمللی بسیار مؤثر بوده است. همه باید دست به دست هم دهیم تا بتوانیم نسل جدید و شایستهای را به فوتبال ایران معرفی کنیم.
سرپرست تیم فوتبال جوانان ادامه داد: اردوهای تیم به صورت مستمر در حال برگزاری است و این روند ادامه خواهد داشت تا پیش از حضور در تورنمنتهای بینالمللی، عیارسنجی دقیقی از بازیکنان و توان فنی تیم داشته باشیم.
او در خصوص اردوی بعدی تیم زیر ۲۰ سال کشور تأکید کرد: با برنامه ریزی صورت گرفته و اقدامات انجام شده اردوهای منظم خود را ادامه خواهیم داد که انشالله اردوی بعدی از هفتم اسفندماه در مرکز ملی آغاز و سپس راهی کیش خواهیم شد.
وی در پایان خاطرنشان کرد: ایمان دارم با حمایتهای ویژه مهدی تاج و هیئت رئیسه و همچنین نگاه تخصصی و ویژه عبدی به موضوع پرورش و استعدادیابی بازیکنان، میتوانیم در آیندهای نزدیک شاهد انجام کارهای بزرگ و موفقیتهای ارزشمند برای فوتبال کشور باشیم.
