چرا قلعه نویی به اشتباهش اعتراف کرد؟
سرمربی تیم ملی فوتبال ایران در نشست خبری پس از دیدار با هند برای اولین بار در مدت زمان حضورش روی نیمکت تیم ملی با لحنی متفاوت به نقد ها پاسخ داد.
به گزارش خبرنگار مهر، مصاحبه امیر قلعهنویی بعد از پیروزی ۳ بر صفر تیم ملی ایران برابر هند در تورنمنت کافا، نقطه عطفی در رفتار و ادبیات سرمربی تیم ملی بود. او برخلاف گذشته که معمولاً انتقادات را پس میزد یا با لحنی تند پاسخ میداد، این بار با آرامش و پذیرش خطاهای خودش مقابل خبرنگاران نشست و حتی صریحاً اعلام کرد: «باید اعتراف کنم با برنامه بهتری میتوانستیم وارد مسابقات شویم. فاصله زمانی بازیها کم است، بعضی بازیکنان خستهاند و من در مدیریت شرایط اشتباه کردم.»
این جملات نشان میدهد که قلعهنویی پس از مدتها با همان نگاهی که منتقدان به عملکرد تیم داشتند همسو شده و پذیرفته است که کیفیت بازی تیم ملی، بهویژه مقابل هند، دلچسب و امیدوارکننده نبود. با وجود برتری پرگل، بسیاری از کارشناسان معتقدند ساختار فنی تیم منسجم نیست و فاصله زیادی تا استانداردهای یک تیم جهانی دارد.

تیم ملی ایران امروز بیش از هر زمان دیگری نیاز به انضباط، برنامهریزی دقیق و تمرکز بر آمادهسازی برای جام جهانی ۲۰۲۶ دارد. اعتراف قلعهنویی به اشتباهاتش، اگر مقدمهای برای اصلاح ساختار فنی و مدیریتی باشد، میتواند نقطه آغاز مسیری تازه باشد؛ مسیری که در آن تیم ملی نهتنها نتیجه بگیرد بلکه با ثبات و انسجامی بیشتر وارد مهمترین رقابت فوتبال ملی در سال پیش رو شود.
