آغاز معاینات پزشکی پیش از فصل لیگ برتر با استقلال
برنامه جامع معاینات پزشکی پیش از فصل مسابقات فصل آینده از فردا (سهشنبه) با تمرینات تیم استقلال آغاز میشود.
به گزارش خبرگزاری تسنیم و به نقل از روابط عمومی سازمان لیگ فوتبال ایران، از فردا (سه شنبه) معاینات پیش از فصل تیمهای فوتبال در محل مرکز پزشکی سازمان لیگ ایفمارک و براساس آخرین استانداردهای پزشکی مورد تأیید فیفا، آغاز میشود.
این معاینات به منظور پایش جامع وضعیت سلامت بازیکنان و کادر فنی و با هدف ارتقای ایمنی جسمی و عملکرد حرفهای ورزشکاران، در ایستگاههای تخصصی زیر انجام میپذیرد: * متخصص قلب و عروق (اکوکاردیوگرافی، نوار قلب، تست ورزش) * آزمایشات کامل خون * ارزیابیهای بیومکانیکی و عملکردی * معاینات ارتوپدی و ارزیابی ستون فقرات (اسکولیومتری و نورولوژیک) * معاینات ارتواستیشن * بررسی تغذیه، ترکیب بدن و شاخص توده بدنیBIA * ارزیابیهای روانشناسی ورزشی و پرسشنامه سلامت ذهنی * اسپیرومتری (بررسی عملکرد ریهها) * اپتومتری (بیناییسنجی) * معاینه دندانپزشکی تخصصی * سونوگرافی شکم و لگن
در کنار این معاینات، با توجه به تجربیات فصل گذشته و مشکلات متعدد در حوزه ثبت سهمیههای جایگزینی و گزارش آسیبدیدگیها، سازمان لیگ با همکاری ایفمارک اقدام به راهاندازی رسمی سامانه ثبت آسیب آنلاین کرده است. از فصل پیشرو، ثبت کلیه آسیبهای بازیکنان در این سامانه توسط پزشک تیم یا کادر معتمد باشگاه ظرف حداکثر ۴۸ ساعت پس از وقوع آسیب الزامی است.
دلایل اصلی این الزام عبارتند از: - ایجاد شفافیت و عدالت در تخصیص سهمیهها و جایگزینی بازیکنان آسیبدیده - پایش مستمر وضعیت سلامت بازیکنان توسط ایفمارک - ارائه دادههای علمی و واقعی برای طراحی مداخلات پیشگیرانه در حوزه آسیبشناسی - افزایش اعتبار حقوقی و مستندسازی آسیبها در تعاملات باشگاه با نهادهای ذیربط - جلوگیری از سوءاستفادهها و گزارشهای غیرواقعی پزشکی
بدیهی است عدم ثبت آسیب در سامانه ظرف مهلت مقرر، به منزله عدم تأیید رسمی آن آسیب تلقی شده و باشگاه مربوطه در استفاده از سهمیه جایگزینی بازیکن دچار محدودیت خواهد شد.
