تمرین اختصاصی امیری و کامیابینیا/ پرسپولیس به اردو رفت
آخرین تمرین تیم فوتبال پرسپولیس پیش از بازی با گل گهر سیرجان برگزار شد.
به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر، آخرین تمرین تیم فوتبال پرسپولیس پیش از دیدار برابر گل گهر سیرجان را بعدازظهر امروز سهشنبه از ساعت ۱۸:۴۵ دقیقه در ورزشگاه شهید کاظمی آغاز کرد.
پیش از تمرین امروز، جلسه فنی با حضور بازیکنان انجام شد و نکات لازم و تاکتیکی از طریق تصاویر ویدئویی تشریح شد.
تمرین با گرم کردن زیر نظر مربی بدنساز تیم با انجام حرکات کششی و نرمشی و دوهای کوتاه آغاز شد.
آقا وسط در قالب سه گروه، بخش بعدی تمرین بود که پر شور و با هیجان به اجرا در آمد.
در مرحله بعدی، پاسکاریهای ترکیبی و استارتهای سرعتی در دستور کار قرار گرفت.
مرور کارهای تاکتیکی و فوتبال هدفمند آخرین بخش تمرین بود و بازیکنان پس از آن با سرد کردن بدنها، راهی رختکن شدند.
وحید امیری و کمال کامیابینیا کماکان برنامههای اختصاصی خود را پیگیری کردند. امیری در بخشی از تمرینات گروهی نیز شرکت کرد و بعد از آن به انجام برنامههای اختصاصی خود پرداخت.
سیامک نعمتی هم به همراه سایر بازیکنان در تمرینات گروهی شرکت داشت.
بازیکنان بعد از استراحتی کوتاه، عازم هتل محل اقامت خود شدند تا در اردوی پیش از بازی شرکت داشته باشند.
تیم فوتبال پرسپولیس فردا چهارشنبه از ساعت ۱۹:۵۰ دقیقه در ورزشگاه آزادی میزبان تیم گل گهر سیرجان خواهد بود.
